Melissa Peregrym played Haley Graham in the 2006 movie Stick It and Officer Andy McNally in the ABC and Global Television Network series Rookie Blue (2010–2015).
In 2016, she was recognized with a Canadian Screen Award for her performance in Rookie Blue. Peregrym has been a part of the CBS series FBI since 2018.

Melissa Peregrym confirmed her exit from the American series FBI in February 2020, when she pulled away from the end of Season 2 due to pregnancy.
In April of that year, she gave birth to her baby, but the program had been put on hold due to COVID-19, and Season 3 was not set to resume filming until October 2020.
Maggie supporters were under a lot of stress when the character was briefly written off and the program went on suspension.
Her character Special Agent Maggie Bell was written off the show in Season 4, Episode 18, Fear Nothing. In a clip posted to the show's official Twitter, the actress also discussed her departure from the rest of Season 4.
The Canadian actress already took a break from the CBS show during Season 2 to give birth to her first child as per the source.
